OUR TEAM:
Executive committee: Afrislum Uganda brings together a group of dynamic, diverse professionals with a
passion for serving the urban poor. Our team addresses important development issues, urbanization
and its resultant challenges facing the urban poor in areas such as education, health, demographics,
sanitation and hygiene, economic and social wellbeing.

Governance committee:
Afrislum Uganda is governed through a committee of Board of Directors. The
committee is made up of leaders from some influential institutions championing equity and
advancement of the poorest of the poor through evidence-based initiatives.
